Optimized Implementation Costs

We utilize proprietary RTM (Resin Transfer Molding) technology.
Traditionally, RTM was reserved for high-volume production due to its low unit cost but high tooling expenses. Through our in-house mold design and tooling methods, we have significantly lowered the entry barrier for RTM, making this high-efficiency technology accessible for a wider range of projects.
Key Advantages: Short production cycles, low material costs with high availability, exceptional dimensional repeatability, and a smooth "class A" finish on all sides of the component.

R&D and Design Support

We have extensive experience in component design and implementation management. We assist in optimizing both the part geometry and the manufacturing process. With the expertise to design and build production molds and tooling in-house, we offer a complete end-to-end solution. We also conduct closed-door prototype testing, ensuring maximum safety and confidentiality.

Comprehensive Technology Portfolio

We manufacture products using the vast majority of composite production methods.
We practice vacuum infusion for components and plates up to 5.6m in length! We produce carbon fiber veneer sheets up to 7m2.
We also provide autoclave production services (1.5 x 1.4m), press molding, and precision CNC filament winding of tubes and profiles (3000 x 300mm).
